Our involvement in distressed lends to property can range from a pure advisory role to formal appointments such as that of an LPA or Fixed Charge Receiver to in extreme circumstances that of an Administrator. This can range from roles over singular properties to businesses with substantial property assets including residential care homes and hotels.
We recognise that in the majority of cases it is imperative that lines of communications are restored between the lender and the customer and often we use our role as an intermediary. More often than not the work of an LPA Receiver can purely involve the sale of a property and in this regard we are more than happy to recommend that the entire assignment can be carried out by chartered surveyors.
